A podcast is a collection of digital media files which is distributed over the Internet, for playback on portable media players and personal computers. Like the word "broadcasting", podcasting is like blog, but which audio files are instead. Podcasting's initial appeal was to allow individuals to distribute their own radio-style shows, and the system quickly became used in a wide variety of other ways, including school lessons, conference meeting alerts....
